Built to Approval in Sharjah’s Industrial Zones
Every structure we deliver passes through the approval processes of Hamriyah Free Zone Authority, SAIF Zone or Sharjah Municipality processes we’ve navigated on 100+ projects since 2003. Our civil entity, Midas Building Contracting, is a Sharjah Municipality registered contractor, so mainland projects run through permits and inspections under our own registration. Recent projects like Tamra Alloys moved from approval to Building Completion Certificate in four months.
Design and Planning:
We are responsible for the initial design and planning of civil engineering projects. This includes creating blueprints, architectural designs, and layout plans for various structures and infrastructure.
Construction:
Our expertise extends to the construction phase of projects. This involves the actual building and assembly of structures, ensuring that they are constructed according to the design specifications and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
