This project is not just another addition to our portfolio; it represents a monumental milestone as we have been entrusted with constructing the very first international venture for Shyam Steel India, one of the largest and most respected steel manufacturers in the Indian subcontinent.

Project Scope: Delivering Comprehensive Industrial Solutions

Located in a Hamriyah Free Zone, this new development requires precision engineering and robust construction standards. As the Main Contractor, Midas Building Contracting is responsible for the full-scale execution of the project’s civil and structural elements.

Our scope of work for the Shyam Middle East complex includes:

• Corporate Office Building (G): We are constructing a modern, multi-story office facility designed to serve as the regional headquarters, blending functional industrial administration needs with corporate aesthetics.
• Industrial Sheds: The project involves the construction of three structures—two Closed Sheds for secure manufacturing or storage operations and one Open Shed designed for versatile material handling and logistics.
• Critical Infrastructure: Beyond the main structures, we are executing essential utility buildings including a dedicated Pump Room, a Security Room, and a Substation to power the industrial machinery.
• Perimeter Security: The entire 20,000+ sq. M2 plot will be enclosed by a heavy-duty Compound Wall, ensuring the safety and integrity of the site.

A project of this magnitude requires seamless coordination between civil works and mechanical systems. We are pleased to be working alongside Midas Electromechanical, who have been appointed as the specialized Fire and Electrical Contractor.

While Midas Building Contracting focuses on the structural and civil excellence of the buildings, Midas Electromechanical will ensure the facility is powered efficiently and protected by top-tier fire safety systems. This collaborative approach ensures that Shyam Middle East receives a turnkey solution where safety and functionality are woven into the very fabric of the construction.
