Midas EPC is honored to announce a successful beginning to our latest high-profile project: the construction of a state-of-the-art warehouse facility for LALIZAS in the Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah.

Midas EPC was selected to deliver this project as a complete turnkey solution, ensuring that every inch of the new facility meets the rigorous technical and safety standards required by such a prestigious client.

• Midas Building Contracting: As the lead turnkey contractor, our civil team has officially mobilized on-site. We are overseeing the initial groundworks and the overarching project management, ensuring that LALIZAS receives a facility that is built to last.
• Midas Metal Industries: The structural integrity of the LALIZAS facility is in expert hands. Our metal industries division is responsible for the fabrication and erection of the steel structure. The design focuses on maximizing clear-span storage space to accommodate LALIZAS’s extensive inventory of life-saving equipment.
• Midas Electromechanical: This division is spearheading the complex MEP requirements. From high-capacity Electrical Systems to sophisticated Low Voltage (LV) systems, our team is ensuring the facility is digitally and electrically optimized.

• Emergency Infrastructure: Advanced detection and response systems that comply with both Sharjah Civil Defense and international maritime safety standards (SOLAS/MED).
