Midas EPC Delivers Comprehensive Facility for Sprint Oil and Gas in Hamriyah Free Zone

Sprint Oil and Gas Services needed more than a building in Hamriyah Free Zone — it needed a working base. Midas EPC delivered the complete oil and gas facility construction project in the zone’s Phase 2 in 2021: three warehouses, an office building, auxiliary buildings and an operational yard on a 5,000 m² site, planned and built as one coordinated package.

Oil and Gas Facility Construction as One Coordinated Project

An oilfield services base lives on coordination between its parts — equipment moves from yard to warehouse to workshop and out to the field, and the site layout either helps or fights that flow every day. Storage here was deliberately split across three separate 12 m × 12 m warehouses rather than one large shed — keeping materials organised by function, with the bulk of the 5,000 m² site left as open working yard. Midas Building Contracting led the civil construction and overall site delivery, planning the buildings and yard as one operation.

The three warehouses were constructed by Midas Metal Industries, the group’s steel fabrication division, while Midas Electromechanical Contracting installed the electrical and mechanical systems the operation runs on — power, lighting and climate for the office block, and the heavier services the warehouses and yard operations demand.
