Integrated Project Delivery by Midas Subsidiaries

General Contracting & Civil Works

Midas Building Contracting served as the General Contractor, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Our civil team managed the foundational works and core construction, ensuring the facility was built to endure the high-demand environment of the chemical industry.

Structural Steel & Warehouse Erection

Specialized steel fabrication and the steel erection of the warehouse facility were executed by Midas Metal. Our team ensured precision in the structural framework, providing the high-clearance spans necessary for advanced chemical storage and vertical racking systems.

MEP & Fire Safety Engineering

Midas Electromechanical acted as the specialized MEP and fire safety contractor. Given the nature of chemical storage, our scope was critical to the facility’s licensing and safety:

• Electrical Contracting: Full-scale industrial electrical design and installation.

• SEWA Power Connection: As a SEWA-approved contractor, we managed the entire process from load approval to the final SEWA power connection, ensuring the facility was energized on schedule.

• Fire Safety: Comprehensive installation of Sharjah Civil Defence-approved fire detection and suppression systems, tailored for chemical hazard zones.

Key Technical Features

• Infrastructure: Heavy-duty asphalt and interlock paving designed for chemical tankers and heavy transport.

• Utilities: Advanced drainage and industrial plumbing systems integrated into the warehouse floor.

• Security: High-security perimeter fencing and automated gate systems for controlled site access.
