Midas EPC Delivers State-of-the-Art Facility for Gulf Valve Casting Specialities

Midas EPC has successfully completed a significant construction project for Gulf Valve Casting Specialities (GVCS) FZE, a leading manufacturer of specialized steel castings. The project, located in the Hamriyah Free Zone, involved the construction of a modern warehouse, an office block, a water tank, and other essential utility buildings.

To meet the specific needs of GVCS’s operations, Midas Building Contracting, Midas Metal Industries, and Midas Electromechanical Contracting collaborated seamlessly. Midas Building Contracting constructed the warehouse and office block, ensuring optimal space utilization and functionality. Midas Metal Industries provided the necessary steel structures for the warehouse and other buildings, adhering to the highest quality standards. Meanwhile, Midas Electromechanical Contracting installed advanced electrical and mechanical systems, including the water tank and other utilities, to support the facility’s operations efficiently.

The new facility is equipped to handle GVCS’s production processes, including continuous casting and automatic loop line molding, and provides ample storage space for raw materials and finished products. The office block offers a modern workspace for GVCS’s employees, fostering productivity and innovation.
