Midas EPC Delivers State-of-the-Art Facility for Avancechem

Midas EPC is proud to announce the successful completion of a new facility for Avancechem FZE, a prominent provider of technology solutions. This extensive project, located in the Hamriyah Free Zone, included a new open shed, a closed warehouse, an office area, a service block, and a security block, along with a water tank and holding tank. The facility’s essential utilities and integrated systems are now fully operational, ready to support Avancechem’s expanding business.

The project was a seamless collaboration between the Midas Group’s expert divisions:

• Midas Building Contracting expertly handled all structural construction, from the main warehouse and sheds to the office and service blocks.
• Midas Electromechanical Contracting was responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of all electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the facility’s smooth and efficient operation.
• Midas Metal Industries delivered all the custom steel structures, providing the robust framework for the open shed and other key areas.
